For account, billing and security information we generally act as controller. For CRM workspace data uploaded by you, we generally act as processor on your behalf.
We may process account user details, billing data, security logs, support tickets and workspace data such as customers, phones, emails, devices, invoices and tickets.
Processing is used to deliver the service, authenticate users, manage billing, provide support, run backups, monitor health and improve operational reliability.
