Last updated: 2026-05-23
Processing is carried out solely to provide the SaaS service during the term of the subscription or related contractual relationship.
Data may include identity and contact details, device information, service history, invoices, tickets, notes and related account or security metadata.
The provider processes workspace data only on the customer’s documented instructions as reflected by use of the service and related support requests.
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are applied, including user isolation, authentication controls, backups, logging, access control and monitoring according to risk.
Subprocessors may be used for hosting, email, payments, infrastructure monitoring or backup storage under appropriate contractual obligations.
The provider offers reasonable assistance with data subject requests, restore exercises and security incident handling to the extent the relevant systems are under its control.
After the relationship ends, data may be exported or deleted according to the service offboarding flow, backup retention windows and applicable legal obligations.
If international transfers are required, they should rely on an appropriate compliance mechanism under applicable law.
