These terms govern the use of Repair Shop Desk as a cloud CRM for repairs, tickets, customers, invoicing and workshop operations.

The service provides isolated user workspaces, role-based access and CRM, ticketing, inventory, invoicing and reporting features.
You are responsible for accurate account details, for the users you invite and for the safe use of credentials and 2FA where available.
Access to full features may depend on an active subscription, trial or verified billing state. Plan changes, cancellations and proration follow the active billing cycle.
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, unauthorized access attempts, malware, spam or activity that could harm other users or platform reliability.
Reasonable effort is made to keep the service stable through backups, monitoring and maintenance, but scheduled upgrades and temporary incidents may occur.
The software, structure, interfaces and service brand remain the property of Repair Shop Desk. Workspace data remains yours or your customers’ depending on your role as controller.
The service is provided as a commercial SaaS product with reasonable care and security. Liability is limited to the extent allowed by applicable law and generally capped by recent subscription fees unless mandatory law states otherwise.
